Site identification & feasibility
JMH primarily aim to identify sites with no existing planning permission or existing buildings that ideally are not protected. Potential sites are then evaluated from a number of different perspectives from quantitative measures such as financial returns to more qualitative factors such as maximising value for the area, its environment and its stakeholders.
Stakeholder engagement & the planning process
At this point we engage with stakeholders and also work with the best service professionals in the industry to ensure a potential development is sympathetic to the existing area & stakeholders, fulfils our own design ethos while optimising financial returns. It is important at this stage to be excited about what it is you intend to leave behind and that the planned designs elevates the existing landscape.
The build process
We commence the build utilising our own in-house construction team and the relevant subcontractors. Having our own in-house construction team is critical to the process as it allows us to retain control over the process and ensure continuity of the project. We also engage with subcontractors over the life of the project, relationships that have been cultivated and maintained for well over 2 decades.

Our aim is to create beautiful homes for our clients. We invite clients to approach us during the early stages of the build process so they can get involved in the creation of their dream home and can be instrumental in selecting key items we know are important to them. As the project progresses, we collaborate with a number of property sales professionals in the area to match our properties with potential clients.

Meet the Team

Jamie Moran

Founder & CEO

Jamie Moran is the founder & CEO of Jamie Moran Homes with over 20 years experience in both luxury property development and construction. He has a keen interest in design, bespoke construction & project execution. Jamie holds an Honours degree in Commerce from UCG.

Lauren Moran

CFO

Lauren Moran is a fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management accountants (CIMA) and holds an Honours degree specialising in Banking & Finance from UCD. Prior to working for JMH, Lauren worked in finance in a number of banking institutions including AIB, Ulster Bank and most recently NAMA.

Darren Scully

Foreman & PM

At JMH, the aim is always to create unique and special homes which we can proudly say are crafted by our in-house team. This experienced team has been headed up by foreman Darren since the very start and his knowledge, calmness and ability to convert concepts into reality are instrumental in every JMH project.
